February was not a great month. Missed a few days of walking, and made little effort to walk much more than my normal commute. 189 km walked 36 hours, 40 minutes 24,000 calories burned

263.8 7 pound loss for the month. Had one really rough week, and failed to walk/exercise every day. Missed 3 or 4 days. But for the most part doing well with the regular routines.

Half Made Girls by by Sam Witt Far better than I expected.

January was a good mobile month. Regardless of weather conditions or sickness, I got up, got out and moved. 34,059 Calories burned. 271 Kilometers walked. 52:57:45 Hours.

270.8. about 8 pounds down. Nothing for last week. I made changes to my MFP settings as well as my M-F eating habits, so now I weigh in each week to see if changes made a difference. Seems they have. Proceed as is for another month and hope for xonstant and even losses. Now that I have a functional scale it helps keep me…

My RHR is 62. Never even considered checking it ever before so no clue where it ever was. But, among other things, I pay attention to it now.

Pizza and chicken wings. Always my downfall.

278.2 because *kitten* scales. Exactly the same weight I was at 1 year ago tomorrow. Xmas eating was not great, but I paid attention and kept myself in check. Only exceeded calories 3-4 in the last month and exercised evryday, but still gained weight. Disappointing but despite the scales I fell pretty damn good in general.…

In 2016 I cycled 1,103 km and walked 1,028 km. Nice.

And back to walking to/from work every day. Started last week of November. Seems WAY easier getting back to walking, no pains and lots of energy. Even on days when I am not going to work, I still walk. Kids go sledding at the park, I go walking. I look forward to my walks. Lots of music and cool audio books, so total win…

It was set to lightly active with minimal results. I set it to Sedentary with workout goals. Will see how it goes now. Well, after today i will see how it goes. Today I am on "The Flu Diet".
-
Thanks. It was checked. Unseen on mobile app, needed to use web interface.
-
Clearer, thanks. Do not recall seeing any negative adjustment in settings though. Will check again.
-
What do you mean taken away at the end of the day?
-
Can you clarify?
-
I had it set as lightly active for months. Minimal results. Today I set it for Sedentary and goals of 12 45 minute workouts per week. Will see if this has better results. Thanks.
-
All good thoughts, but still not certain. 1 vote for sedentary and 1 vote for lightly active.

I track all designated activites using my phone and Endomondo. Set it before I leave, shut it off at destination. It is linked to MFP so it logs my calories burned for me.

Welcome back.

277.8 Did not gain weight. Previous weights were false. *kitten* scale I complained about for a couple years was totally *kitten*. Bought a new one, now I am confident the weight is correct. Disappointed in the weight overall. Not disappointed in my personal progress last 2 months. Eating a lot healthier for the most part,…

Hmmm no action since 11/15. Buried under leaves?

260#s Lost 18 pounds in 2.5 weeks, nothing since. Regardless 18 in 30 is a damn good motivation to keep going.
-
Tomorrow I will have a good weigh in. Assuming I can get a constant scale reading. 2 scales and neither work for *kitten*. Been a good, focused month.

Pretty sure I will never intentionally listen to Kenny G. ;) I don't mind Jazz, but it always reminds me of an doctors office waiting room. White noise to stop the silence, but nothing to "feel".

I bend my ear toward hard, heavy, loud and powerful music. But love the blues too. Classic country twang and dance/rave are about the only things I prefer not to listen to. I never listen to "50 Best" "Top 100" "All Time Greatest" simply because it is so subjective and I find I do not like 48 of the 50. The current artist…

278. Gone nowhere, but honestly have had a rough month. Too much going on in life makes it difficult to keep things in a positive perspective.

Participated in a cycling event this weekend. 170km over 2 days (85 km each way). Fought a strong wind the entire way the first day, just barely made it. Second day, wind changed direction after the first 20 km and had to ride into it again. By the 140km mark I was done. My knees were killing me and I could not go another…
