You look fabulous, girl! I too have PCOS as well as Fibromyalgia and have experienced both weight loss success and relapse time and time again. I think to truly stick to it, the only way to be successfully longterm is to make small changes toward an overall lifestyle makeover. You should be so proud! :)

I too struggle with weight loss due to my health. I have Fibro and PCOS. PCOS's number one symptom is being overweight. I too have a pretty gnarly cold right now and it is sort of derailing my fitness plans. But I've been doing very light cardio on my stationary bike at home to stay on track. Seems like it hasn't harmed me too much. :)

I tend to just guess and type in a description in the MFP search. When in doubt, overestimate the calories and fat.

Hi there! I have fibromyalgia and am also struggling in my fitness journey due to chronic pain. But we can do it! The long term benefits will outweigh our short term pain. Promise! :)

He is definitely helping me! :) The buddy system really works, and if he is trying to live a healthier life, then at least I can avoid more "temptation" (like the Cherry Garcia ice cream he would normally store in the freezer).
