Hello, All!

My name is Lindsey and I am a twenty-something young professional who is recently engaged and looking to get back on the fitness track. Despite some minor set-backs due to my Fibromyalgia, I am super motivated to look beyond short-term pain (which has derailed me on my path to good health in the past) and focus my energy on improving my diet and activity to achieve better overall health in the long-term. I look forward to hearing all of your stories and welcome you to add me on MFP. :)

Thanks,
Lindsey

He is definitely helping me! :) The buddy system really works, and if he is trying to live a healthier life, then at least I can avoid more "temptation" (like the Cherry Garcia ice cream he would normally store in the freezer).

I'm now married and have ABSOLUTELY fallen off the MFP horse for quite some time. Looking to hop back on finally. Let's see how this goes...

Hi Lindsey I've completely fallen off too because of health issues, but now I am more determined to get better for the long run.
