Hi I had my baby 8mths ago lost 33lbs got another 21 to go. It is hard to workout with a tiny baby I used to go to the gym on husbands days off but now she's a bit older I take her running with me and do home workouts whilst she's in her bouncer when I have the motivation

Me too been training since November after having my baby been doing mainly weights and hiit training and have lost 27in altogether but lost under 7lbs can fit in my pre pregnancy jeans and I'm a stone and a half heavier I don't really understand it but it works! Xx

Try tracking your measurements and I know it sounds a bit vain but take progress photos I did this when I started training post baby and even though I may have only lost 7lbs in 4 months I've lost 21in around my body and gone down 2 dress sizes I sometimes fluctuate on the weight side of things too but don't get too hung…
