29 west mids starting again ! friends please looool

I am 29 mum of four so i am unable to go to gyms and classes which is a shame but i started zumba and pilates at home this has worked for me previously
But im only a few pounds heavier than when i was a size ten but my body shape has changed and im up a dress size since having my youngest :-/

So i think i have lost muscle and gained fat there so although i want to loose about 20lbs fat im not sure if this will change my stomach fat and shape which is my main goal . Body fat percentage lower would be great .

This is a lifestyle change but its really hard when four kids have a different need and all different ages .

Friends and support would be great :-)
