thanks so much to all of you that have replied! you are all so motivated and seem to have made this a lifestyle change, I think I just need to give it some time, I like that you can use the app on your smart phone when out and about. I know a fair few people that have done this and make it work, just want it to work for me…

jobrian1984- my calorie intake is suppose to be 1260 for the day, I put in all the details, im 155cm tall and weight 81kg or 178lb 9. it came out with 1260 for the day.

Thanks Ret114 for your support, you are all so right about being accountable for every mouthful! I get so nervous when im so close to my daily limit, i think oh what if im hungry and i want a snack but I will be over, so that got me thinking of weight W and free foods. but nothing really is free hey!

thanks guys, i iove the pickles and cucumber ideas! I love cucumber with a sprinkle of salt! yes that water, I will have to make sure im getting enough of it! need a toilet right next to me!

Awesome suggestions, thanks for (MORE bean13) for saying dont feel guilty! i often do! but if you are truly hungry i wondered if people just suck it up and dont eat or if you do eat is it ok for a very low cal snack! I guess its just about trying to make better choices!

What about home made soup and some salad, or brown rice mix veg and tuna, grilled sandwiches and a salad. left overs from night before.
