Vegetables (non starch).. do you count them or not?
So im wondering the non starch vegetables do you count them or leave them out of your daily calories? a Programe like weightwatchers will give non starch veg free points, I know they are little in calories but just wanting to know peoples thoughts.

Sticking to this 100%
Hi all just wanted some advice on trying to stick to this without failing. I tend to be really good through the week and then come frid evening Sat and Sun fall off the rails...I dont seem to log on the weekends and eat and drink so my calorie intake is over..any tips on what you do to make this work? thanks

Hi Im new, question on entering food
Hi all im new to this site, i am just wondering there is alot of food that you cannot add a certain gram amount for ie 115 or 120g ect. There seems to only be 100g or what is pre set in the drop down. what do you guys do ?
