I weigh every Saturday first thing after my morning piss.
-
I'd rather just eat normally every day, it's much easier to stick to.
-
Rough estimates: Breakfast £1.50 Lunch £1 Dinner £3.50 Snacks £1 Drinks £1 So about £8/day
-
No, I know I should start though for other reasons as well. So it sounds like this won't really get much better which isn't great news, I'll just keep my fingers crossed I guess.

I've lost nearly 70lbs with calorie counting.
-
I just put in one of my old typical days and it came out to 3500 calories, probably 4000 on a takeaway night.
-
I was hungry all the time for the first couple of weeks, you'll adjust.
-
I go once every 3 days which doesn't feel often enough. The last time I went it made a 1lb difference on the scale.
-
It's the luck of the draw, but being young and not at your heaviest for long will really help. I've lost 60+lbs and have really bad loose skin on my arms which I hate. £3500 - £5000 to have it removed, so I'll have to live with it.

Every Saturday.

I ate a white chocolate easter egg with gummy sweets today, it tasted amazing but I felt guilty straight away afterwards. It was probably about 500 calories that I didn't have left to eat. It's very rare I cheat but it shows I still have no control over food if it's placed in front of me.

Laziness and greed.

Right now no exercise at all really. For the first 4 months I worked out every day and I got totally burned out to the point I'd dread waking up and having to do it. I can honestly say it had no affect on my weight loss, my numbers stayed the same. I know I should exercise for fitness and toning but as you're all aware if…
-
Yeah, just the fat allowance. I'm still under on calories and everything else.
-
I tried Slim Fast and was hungry all the time, I can't recommend meal replacements.
-
I'm still weak when it comes to food, if you put a Big Mac in front of me I wouldn't be able to resist.
-
I'm on 1700 and I'd love more calories, it doesn't feel like a lot to me.
-
The best £10 I've ever spent, I couldn't believe how little a portion actually was. The scale really helped me understand just how much I was over eating.
-
I have half for dinner.
-
I was right then, it was a stupid question :D
-
I don't exercise at all and I've lost around 60lbs, so yes.
-
I eat whatever I want, just a lot less of it than before.
-
I'm still losing but I can't imagine maintaining being harder, I will be able to eat so much more which will be amazing. The calories I'm on now is rough, I'm still set to 2lbs/weeks with 24lbs to go which is aggressive but it's just about bearable.

Am I the only one seeing Alex from Orange is the New Black? I think as you lose the remaining weight it'll be even more apparent.
-
59lbs and counting since July 10th 2014.
-
It just has such a nicer ring to it.
-
I usually find these shows fairly annoying, I saw one where a 600lb woman said she didn't overate at all, like she magically maintained 600lbs while eating 1200 calories a day.
-
Honestly I'm sick of it, sometimes I just want that bit of chocolate but I can't because I've eaten my magical number of calories for the day. It's very tedious at this point, but I still have around 30lbs to go so I can't start messing around now.

I make homemade pizza every week, it hasn't hurt me. Just make sure it fits into your macros/calories.
-
Yes, but I am still fat. I don't see much difference at all in the mirror but I do in pictures.
