Hey! MFP tells me I burn 360 cals for 45 min class! I would like to think its actually more than this as it is such hard work haha! However I am aware MFP usually overestimates me on other exercises such as running? x

thanks for all the replys guys!! I am mostly looking to track distance, calories would just be a bonus! I am getting an iphone next week! So if im right I can just get the app and dont need any shoes or sensor! And I can still listen to music :) Sounds good!!!

Hi I am 5"8 as well! My goal weight is 135, im at 145 now! Original goal was 150 but wasn't happy when I got there! I think its good to just set a goal and re-evaluate along the way! I don't think you will ever know what weight you will look best at until you get there! x
