I love Zumba....I go to classes now 4 times a week. I would recommend the Wii if you cant go to classes, just because its more interactive than the DVD's. I started out on the Wii and eventually moved to the gym. Another one that I liked for the Wii was the EA Active Sports More WorkOuts. Welcome and good luck :)

I do about an hour a day 3 to 4 days a week. I try to mix it up. Cardio (Zumba, treadmill, elliptical), Weights, and Yoga (stretching is very important) Weight training builds muscle which burns fat, but that cant be all you do. Here are some of my tricks. I get salads, but I remove the cheese and croutons, get grilled chicken. Go with the light dressing on the side and dip your fork in it, then put the salad on your fork. The last taste you have is the dressing and you eat about 1/4 of what you would if you just smother your salad with it.…
