Im no longer loosing weight. I work out like mad. I eat on average 1500 calories per day. Im burning on average 2500 per day. Any advice?

Ps. I quit smoking about 7 months ago and the weight loss seems to have stopped at that time.

You burn more than you eat?

I think maybe you're netting no calories at all? Not sure if I understood the post right, so correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're eating 1,500 and then burning 2,500, you're coming out at like -1000 cals? If that's the case, your body is probably hanging on the everything it has because of starvation mode.

Youre burning 1000 more calories then you eat! not including any natural deficit created by MFP form you BMR. try actually eating MORE for a couple of weeks (yes I know I sound crazy)

It's hard to say w/out seeing your food diary. Sodium can be a huge culprit. The more food you cook/prepare on your own, the better. When you season your own food you are highly unlikely to add anywhere near the amount of sodium that comes in pre-packaged foods. Whenever I eat out I tend to gain water weight from all the extra sodium in the food.

Also, if you're not weighing/measuring your food you could be overestimating portion sizes. I was surprised to find that a serving of my favorite tortilla chips is basically one good handful, considering I could easily eat twice that.
