Hey darling I was in the same position as you for the last month - I ate 1300 calories exercise on top and still nothing happened! I just kept at it, and low and behold this last week I lost 4.8 pounds, keep it up and you will see it start falling off xoxoxo

I want to join for the month of July as well please. Weighing in at 231.4 - but I'm gunna try to lose so much this time!!! Oh gosh... domino's pizza was the worst!! I could eat a whole medium pizza to myself + chicken wings + potato wedges topped with cheese and garlic mayonnaise + ice cream... EEK!!!! To be honest, I have only just started and I lost 5lbs on my first week and 5lbs on my second- BUT I now can't budge the scales at all!!! So it may be a good thing that you are starting out slow because maybe you will have a more consistent weightloss that I have had? Just a thought :) good luck though :)

I am doing well!!! My appetite is going though, I can't seem to eat like I used to now! My tummy feelsbloated after eating something medium sized! Jumping jacks are goingwell!!! I am pressing myself to 50 today :) :)

I know alot of people are saying that, but I just don't want to over do it on cals....I just dont know what to do.

However if you are on a diet for the first time in a while, and you have loads of weight to lose, and you limit yourself to 1200 cal - however feel fine physically on 1000? should i still up my calories... i'm afraid of uping my calories as i think i may go overboard and go back to how i was eating?
