I find that egg protein or casein protein powders work better for me in the morning. If I make it w/whey powder, I'm starving an hour later.

I had a similar one. It worked great. but I needed more room, so I sold it, and got a magnetic trainer for my regular bike. So if you already have a bike, you might just want to get a trainer.

also try mashing them up, and adding to other dishes. Jerry Seinfeld's wife has a cookbook on this..it's for kids, but the recipes look delicious and then you don't taste the veggies!

One other thing, after reading some more..saying it's diet.. What have you changed? Do you maybe have gout? are you eating more red meat? Has your dr tested for that?

I wouldn't worry about your body fat looking like it's going up. my scale and measurements put me at 50% bodyfat one day. Their greek yogurt is HORRIBLE! It's all chemical tasting! One thing you could do, is take regular plain yogurt and strain it through a colendar w/paper towel in it, to remove some of the whey water, and it makes it thicker, more protein, but you could control the texture (i.e. how thick you want it). I work out at lunch...I use baby wipes and deodorant! A little of the "dry shampoo" and touch up of make up and i'm good to go.

I"m going with MORE MUSCLE. I do dry brush as well...but it doesn't seem to help me much, other than my skin is super soft!

I did it for maybe 30-40 days...It did lift and build muscle. I got that "indent" in my upper thigh on the side. I didn't lose any weight/fat..but looked better.
