Hi Thanks for your reply. Im doing it now for 3 days and Im so hungry in the morning, But drinking lots of water helps ;) I go to the gym 5 days a week mix off cardio (10 min HIIT) and than weightlifting.

I forgot to say that I work out Cardio/ fitness /weight lifting 5 times a week!
