I have never stopped eating what I want... I just know I have to work harder afterwards but it's been so nice no feeling deprived :) And I LOVE poptarts!!!!! Iced Cherry all the way!!!! :) I've lost close to 30lbs in 4 months and it's been a lifestyle change, not a quick fix!

I know how you are feeling, I have the SAME legs..... I have a hard time loosing weight on my legs.... but Insanity has helped them a TON!!!!! Alot of Cardio and squats has helped me, I still have horrible problem areas, MY FAT KNEES, I hate them! But I know over time they will go away..... Cardio cardio! :)

Well first of all don't eat under your calories... your body needs fuel to burn fat. A lot of people don't understand that but it's the truth. Eat a nice clean, higher protein (so you feel full) and lower carb.... not NO carb, that's not good, but cut out refined rice, pasta, starches... and eat lots of greens and veggies…
