You can't succeed if you don't try!! I'm on like my 5th quit in the past three years.. This time I'm using Chantix, and friends on here and other sites to help support me.. 10 days without a smoke!!! You can do it!!

I just quit smoking and the doctor says I need to lose 40 lbs before she will consider taking me off blood pressure and cholesteral meds.... I definately need friends and support in this ..(as my co-workers are eating donuts outside my office and talking about which fast food joint to hit for lunch..)

Take Melatonin at night and take a B complex (I use the liquid) in the mornings for a few months.... I'm on day 10 without a smoke, but the Chantix makes me want to sleep 12-16 hours at a time and its killing me to get up in the mornings... (I think I'm just enjoying the dreams too much)... any advice on how to feel human…
