Just finished L1D3 and wow my body aches. I still havent really got over the stiffness from day 1 but im still carrying on. I am doing it with 4 runs a week and i do feel my body is starting to firm up a bit, i just need my belly to reduce in size its depressing. LOL

Finished Level 1 Day 9 today, one more day and im out of level 1. feeling much better after doing it and glad i have got this far through it again. The abs are starting to strengthen which im pleased about. Well done everyone ;)

L1 D8 done. Felt great Sorry had to have a few days off due to sickness but I'm back on it now. I'm feeling ready to move up to level 2 now and I've upped my weights to 3kg and they felt better today. Hope everyone is doing well. Keep up the good work.

L1 D7 Done. Phew those last rounds off abs kicked me today. Im using 1kg weights (not sure what that is in lbs) thinking maybe i need to increase them. Im now off to the gym for more cardio :)

Ok L1 D6 finished. I too feel nauseas when i get up off the floor to do the side lunges. Im wondering if it's just from getting up off the floor too quick and feeling dizzy. L1 D5 done - im feeling really tired today but can see some definition starting to show in my arms. I'm too shy to post my stats, i have taken my measurements but i cant put them up (sorry) Looking forward to the results though - i will post how many inches ive lost after each level :smile:

Just finished L1 D4 - got up at 6am to do it before work. Felt tired but i feel better for doing it. Not so stiff today. I was also 1lb down on the scales so very happy. Keep going everyone :)

I had success in the past from hypnotherapy. Im not sure if its the placebo effect or if it really works but who cares if it makes you feel more in control. Just finished L1D2 my abs were sore from yesterday but at least I feel like i have done something. This time around I am just walking 90 mins aswell as the shred but last time I was running (i've torn a leg muscle though ) How is everyone else doing?

Can i join you today? i've been out with an injury for 3 weeks and need to get rid of my jelly belly. I did it 30 days straight back in march and the results were well worth the effort. I will do day one today and report back.
