Well done - i want to start this dvd now - having had great success with the 30DS i bought this but haven't done it yet. Seeing your results has kicked me into gear - well done.

I really want to get the DVD's but i am not sure which ones are the best - there doesnt seem to just be one that I can just buy and start they are all multi buys. I don't have a class near me that I can join but i do think this form of exercise would be fun and would help get rid of my mid section along with running.

Sorry all, i am going to have to be a day behind because i have been for treatment on my back and i had two ribs out of place which have been pushed back in but i am a little sore and the doctor told me to rest up today so i can't do the dvd. Well said, i have the same battles but i am learning to take my frustrations with life out on the treadmill instead of on my body and through food. The support is what makes the difference here, take support where you can, and make sure you have a good network built up around you. You're doing great :)

FINISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay!!! I did it 30 days straight...awesome!! So day 30 Level 3 done and i am thrilled. I lost 5lbs in the first week and none after that but i am sure i have it's just i've gained muscle which i am fine with. I have lost over 5 inches off my waist alone. I will add all my results…

Yay!!! well done becka!!! congratulations on finishing you surely are a trooper and I bet you have definitely 'shrunk'.
