I haven't done it for a couple of years, but within about 6 sessions my legs looked AWESOME! And I was probably still a good 15 stone then! Plus it's great fun :)

A couple of hours brisk dog walks gets me 750-1000 (more on a good day). Plus if I do a workout or circuit class, I get another 600-800. And if I'm off hillwalking, I clock up 3000+ :)

Have you tried freezing a couple of bananas, and then whizzing them in a blender/processor? VERY ice-creamy indeed!

It's not a cheat if it's within your calories :o/ That's just called life!

Yup. Following 3 years of losing weight, and watching others plan their meals, I could never get my head round the idea of shopping from a list. Earlier this year a MAJOR financial blow meant I have to watch every single penny for a while, so I started menu planning from a budget point of view more than anything else - and…

hahahaha - just had thins predicament last night, trying on tonight's outfit. Turns out I'll go shorter with my skirts that I will with my shorts, which makes NO sense whatsoever! lololol

I work full time, 20 miles from home, and am of the out of the house for 10-12 hours a day. Chuck in four dogs to exercise and a fairly active social life.....and I can still plan and shop for £30 a week, three meals a day :)

I prepare 95% of my food from scratch, and my hubby had just been away for a couple of weeks, so I now know, categorically, that my breakfast, lunch and teas, for 7 days, costs me an average of £30. I plan out my meals/menus/recipes a week in advance, write a corresponding shopping list and stick to it. Only takes me 20…

I think I know where you're going with this, but I am a very active person. I walk, briskly, for a couple of hours a day at least, with mountain walks and long distance hikes on days off, as well as gym 2/3 times a week and circuit training.....oo you're telling me that walking 24 miles in 6hours 45 minutes the other day…

This. Unless you or your partner don't want to be physical, they is no reason to stop having sex whilst on your period. I choose not to, but that's only cos it can be rather messy lol

I spent three years spending most 'occasions' totally sober, or drinking rank, chemical filled Bacardi Breezer, 100 cal bottles, or Martini Extra Dry with diet drinks. In that whole time I lost three stone. I then realised MFP/CC was the way forward. I now regularly indulge in pints of ale and Guinness, and am on track to…

I love veg for breakfast. I love porridge for tea! Don't think about making veggies breakfast friendly, just eat 'em! I enjoy mountains of kale wilted in a little stock and then a spoonful of cream cheese stirred through for a VERY filling brekkie :) And I've often chopped an entire punnet (250g) of button mushrooms, fried…

I haven't taken a proper 'at rest' reading, but when I'm standing at work, say, flicking though pricelists, I am generally in the mid-fifties - and I'm still a good bit overweight, so would expect that to decrease further. I'm in my early 30s and pretty active (walk 8-10 miles on a working day, hillwalk and mountain climb…

I don't count: Herbs and spices, vinegars, garlic, plain lettuce leaves, tabasco, Worcester sauce or my infrequent diet sodas. I don't think there's anything else I don't log though?
