Absolutely ZERO. I'd rather stick needles in my eyes.

Nothing!

Me too. Oats, yogurt, skimmed milk and a dollop of jam, with chia seeds (not sure if I'll bother replacing these when they've run out), chucked in a jar in the fridge....pure nommy the next morning! As for English muffins, I stumbled across a recipe for making those this week, and am really tempted to have a bash at making…

Usually younger, although a very nice guy I met on a night out a couple of weeks ago (I wasn't on the pull and am happily married lol) put me around 10 years older than I am! He also had me down as being a manager/executive and some other fairly flattering things, so I let him off lol

£40 a month for a small but functional gym, a nice pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (a bit past their best, as are the dire changing rooms), and 2 kickboxing circuits a week. We pay £4-5 for an individual class round here, so I see it as buying the classes, and getting the gym and pool thrown in :)

Far, far too many to list =P

There's not a lot comes between me and a hot shower after I work out, so can't say I get a chance to become whiffy, regardless of how wet I am? I only use natural Pit Rok, which allows you to sweat, but inhibits the bacteria that causes odours.

http://www.metrolyrics.com/i-hope-you-dance-lyrics-lee-ann-womack.html Only first heard it at my Auntie's funeral a couple of weeks ago. Very apt and sent chills down my spine

A accept FR from men on here. And FB. And in real life. And I am a happily married woman, who just happens to dig the company of men, in cyber space and real life.

It's quite common round here now, and I don't like it one bit. I have an aversion to giving or receiving vouchers or cash as gifts.

Just remember, she'll have all the same questions running through her head too. Enjoy your time together xx

If you are asking other people's opinions, then either the tattoo you have in mind, or the placement is wrong for you. If it was 'right' you wouldn't feel the need to so much as mention it to anyone else, let alone invite opinions :) When I got my first tattoo, in my 20s, I actually shed a tear for the fact it hadn't been…

Excellent, thank you! I've done one 5k for Race For Life, but have signed up for a more serious 10k....!

Haven't frozen anything with Filo pastry, but I regularly make, portion and freeze: Spinach & Potato Gratin Spinach & Cheese Lasagne No-Boil Macaroni & Cheese Mushroom & Cheese Gratin Quorn Fricassee And when possible I cook and freeze them in glass dishes with tupperware tops, so I can reheat at home in the oven OR chuck…

I don't get offended easily, so I fell about very nearly pmsl when a friend of a friend was told I'd lost quite a bit of weight, and she asked me how much. I said "About five and a half stone" and she looked me up and down, shocked, and asked "How big did you USED to be!??!!?" ahahahahahahahahahaa That was the first time…

Set your goals to 'maintenance' and carry on logging :) You'll probably be pleasantly surprised at how much you can indulge, without blowing it...which, in turn, helps keep you positive and on track :)x

I remember the exact day. I was in the shower, and caught sight of my reflection in the bathroom mirror. I thought I had a dirty mark, right in the centre of my chest/neck and then I realised it was the shadow of emerging collar bones! I hadn't even realised I'd 'lost' them until that day, and now their full length is on…

2 or 4. 4 is most flattering imo. Have a great time :)

Yup. For outdoors pursuits (walking, running, biking, hiking, mountains) I can't see past my Garmin Forerunner 405cx. Only had it a couple of weeks, but wouldn't be without it now :) But for pure calorie tracking, I've preferred my Kelly Holmes watch out of all I've had :)

It's ONE, very infrequent night out. Go, enjoy! If you were out every week, or even every month, it would be important to make some wise food/drink/exercise choices....but it's ONE night. Don't get hung up on it, just go and let your hair down :)xxx

Life is the thing that happens inbetween work and sleep. You've just got to squeeze in as much of it as you can....

Trust MFP, believe MFP and eat as much as MFP tells you to. Simples.

Haven't checked for a while, but high 40s for me, which I'm very pleased with :)

It's allll in the teeth/lips/mouth for me. phwaor!

Erm, why don't you just try it and make up your own mind? I make mine with water and a chopped banana :)

I have a few sports bras, but NONE are anything like as secure (and flattering) as my good ol' Triumph Doreens :) (I've gone from a 40/42 DD/E to a 34 F/FF (back going down, cup going up - all good in my boob!)

I was exactly the same from the age of about 15 til 30/31. Had little to no interest in food, and often moaned that I wished there was a pill you could take instead of having to eat. Still ended up 251lbs, despite being fairly active. I used Slimming World to educate and inspire me in the world of food, and after a year or…

^^^this^^^ it's the one fitness thing I've tried that made me feel like I was going to die (and not in a positive way). It was agony and I hated every second...I very much doubt I'll ever put myself through it again and have mucho respect for regular spinners, they are superhuman ♥

Relying heavily on processed foods :) (have been pescatarian for 20+ years - didn't stop me getting 8 stone over weight though...)
