If i want something i fit it into my calorie allowance, not all the time just on special occasions. If i were to cut out everything bad for me at once, i would go crazy! :grumble: But, if you want a beer have a beer! :drinker: you can always workout harder the next day! :wink:

I'm SO glad you asked this, im having the same problem. If your supposed to burn more calories than u consume in order to lose weight, then why would u eat ur exercise calories? especially if you just worked your @$$ off in the gym! lol :)

Definitley agree! i would love to have Kim Kardashians body! shes still curvy but looks amazingg! i have boobs and a butt so this seems more realistic for me than trying to look like jillian michaels or someone w/6 pack abs and alot of muscles.

We all have days like that, trust me. You might feel bad now but just make tomorrow a better day. Go ahead and plan what healthy foods your going to eat tomorrow and stick w/it. It'll be much easier and you'll feel great! :)

I'm right there w/ya so dont feel alone! I lost 27 pounds then slowly stopped working out and eating healthy because of working 2 jobs and going to school full time. I've gained about 13 pounds back.
