I am in week 30 of Kaiser optifast program. I started gaining weight in week 28 and since have gained 5 labs in 2 weeks. I am feeling anxious and concerned. Please track all your foods and do not go back to your old habits, which I think I have :(

Few more: 1. I can wrap my towel around me well now, (surprise!) it stays in place and does not unwrap because the end was not tucked in enough. 2. No back pain....(touch wood!) 3. Picking clothes 2 sizes smaller than I used to wear a year ago, believing that they will not fit me....only to find that they fit just perfect in the trial room! Very nice feeling...brings a smile every time :smile:
