You don't need much room (just enough to lay on the floor for ab work) at all to do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred... and you can definitely work up a sweat with that. It's all a matter of how much intensity/effort you're putting into it.

Thanks so much for directing me to the Harris Benedict Equation. Put in all my numbers and realized my goals might not be as realistic as I thought. No wonder I'm having problems with the last 10lbs!
