I use it while Keto. Mainly as a food tracker but here in the UK Carbs are listed as net values. I set my daily limits to approx where I should be and it works fine.

I've been on Keto for 3 weeks now and have lost 6kg. Keeping carbs under 20g. This includes a few Gin/Vodka and slimline tonics or Diet cokes at the weekend. Don't watch it anymore. Found it was turning into a car themed comedy programme and I found some of Clarksons antics just irritating. I now much prefer the James May programs, the one on the glider was fantastic. If I want to watch any car related stuff I find 5th gear more to more taste.
