1 Tablespoon of canola oil mayo is only 40 calories. Why deprive yourself ?? I mix a can of tuna with 1T of mayo and wrap it in lettuce... Yummy!! Enjoy!!

I really think everyone is different. Makes sense, but what worked for me when I was in my 40s is not working now in my 50s. And trust me I am trying hard. I've been around the block a few times and know that people have different metabolisms and some definitely WOULD gain on that program and some would shed pounds easily…

See your doctor but also know many diet foods have ingredients that cause stomach pains. I cannot tolerate malitol, an artificial sweetener... Or inulin, an artificial added fiber in many bars and such. Some of these added ingredients in diet products are not good for you. Eat clean fresh foods and you won't have these…

It just shows how much more sensitive and considerate you are.... And I want to say thank you to you. My hubby has stage 4 colon cancer and quite frankly, unless you deal with cancer personally it's hard for someone to really "get it". Life has a way of teaching us these things though as time goes on so just try to see it…

You can do it! Don't think of the 80 pounds or whatever amount you have to lose. Think how as each pound falls off you will feel that much better and be closer to your goal. They are shirataki noodles found in some grocery stores and most health food stores. Our Sprouts and Wildflower Markets have them but also Whole Foods and Central Market.
