I had one in my left knee. It hurt for about a day, felt great for a week, and then went back to normal. Some people get months of relief from them; I think it all depends on how your body reacts to it.

I'm 5'3.5" and a pear. I carry most of my weight in my legs. I started at 149, US size 8; I'm at 130, US six 6 now. I'm probably about 133 in my profile picture. My goal is 120 because I've been there before and know I look good at that weight.

I hate yogurt with fruit chunks too! They're like slimy fruit boogers. I eat vanilla and honey Greek yogurts and those aren't chunky at all. I also love to mix sugar free cherry jello powder into plain Greek yogurt. You could use any flavor; I just only like cherry.

I worked at a grocery store and a martial arts studio; both jobs included cleaning bathrooms. Scrubbing a urinal that 200 little boys use is the WORST!!! Edit: I didn't technically get paid for working at the martial arts studio. I got a $5/hr credit for my classes because I couldn't afford them otherwise.

I love the Columbus low sodium turkey from TJ's!!! It's yummy; doesn't taste any different from the regular stuff. Their roast beef is also pretty low; I think it's about 180mg per 2oz.
