I don't go there often since their drinks are so inconsistent. I hate when they just taste burnt. When I do go, I love the skinny cinnamon dolce latte. It's 90 cals for a tall.

Either spaghetti with grilled chicken, grilled salmon w/ side of fresh veg, or sirloin or tenderloin w/ side of fresh veg. When I eat out, I always divide everything in 2 immediately and only eat half. Most restaurants serve at least 2-3 portions in each meal.

The recommended amount for women is 25-30g, which may be higher than what MFP sets. Fiber helps keep *things* moving. Fruits, veggies, flax seed, Fiber One products, legumes, etc are all fiberlicious!
