Forgot I bought a jump rope a while back might try it out....I think its like everything else got to build a tolerance to it Keep practicing.....Im sure you can do it PS Last time I did try to jump rope thought my bladder was going to fall out lol :noway:

Thanks for the kind words its hard but possible just like alot of things in life. I do still love him and hes a great father he wants to be a good example for the kids especially our daughter, wants to be the kind of man she is looking to marry one day! One day at a time thats all we can ask for!

Im responding because this sounds alot like my life! 1st of all congrats on your sobriety! My husband also is an alcoholic been sober for about 4 months now and hes doing great. Ive turned to trying to get fit because it took a toll on me and I used food to cope which was my choice but like him Im trying to change my life…

I have found that walking (especially outside) is a good time to think and reflect on everything thats going on in my life. Its also a good time for prayer!

Im not a big egg person but Ive been trying to eat them more lately I like to Hard boil them then take out the yolks and put a tsp of hummus in them or put vinegar on them.

Right now im starting the C25K which is 30 minutes on treadmill soon im going to start the 30 day shred when it is delivered I keep telling myself any fitness i do is good

Im trying to stop eating or drinking sugar all together but ive recently tried stevia in my oatmeal and it was pretty good.
