I had a small slice of a frozen pizza and the sodium was at 1,000 mg! for just ONE slice! Unbelievable. It did have hot sauce on it already, though, so I think that contributed a lot.

I set mine to sedentary even though I know I'm not, just so I'll know how many calories I burn at work, etc. I dunno if it works out right, but I haven't lost any weight and didn't when I had it set to lightly active, either. So w/e. Totally unrelated to your question, sorry!

The scale hasn't budged for me since I started this whole thing. It's extremely frustrating and I almost feel like giving up.. but I have hope that eventually, maybe I'll start to lose.

I have this problem, too. If I have a banana in the morning, I'm instantly over on sugar. It's a little discouraging to see the red there, but what am I supposed to do? Never eat bananas? How self-righteous! Let's all be perfect, organic, raw food eating vegans. $8 for organic milk, while regular old skim or 1% is only $5. It adds up and not everyone has the resources. Rolling my eyes at this, honestly.

This was a planned vacation before I started trying to lose weight/MFP. I knew before hand that I'd most likely end up not following through with my calories, etc. It's not a big deal, really. Vacations aren't a regular part of life, they are so rare.

I just based it on my height and what I think would look good. That may change, however, once I start losing! I'll stop when I look in the mirror and like what I see.
