Activity Level/Logging Walks?
I work on my feet 5 days a week for a total of around 30 hours. I'm off on weekends and spend a lot of my 2 days off just sitting on my butt.. If I plan on walking 8 km/5 miles, should I log that? Calories in chicken leg quarter?
I've looked in the database, and each entry has such wildly different information! I have a 404 gram chicken leg quarter from the grocery store with no nutritional information on it, of course.. and I'm having a hard time adding it to my diary. Does anyone have a good estimate?
