It's a baked potato, but I guess they call it a jacket potato in the UK (?)

I'm 5'1" and my goal WAS 120, but now, I feel like it should maybe be closer to 115. I'm not sure yet. I think I'm 140 right now.. I don't know if my scale is accurate.

That's awfully strange. I'd probably just be like wtf and walk away.

My HRM usually says around 150, so yeah, it isn't a big calorie burner, but it's a pretty short workout.

I've tried to calculate mine on several different websites, and they all give me a different number. 27%, 33%, & 41% (which can't be possible, because I'm not obese.)

It's legal for women to walk around topless here. I would not feel comfortable doing that, though, because men will gawk, which is creepy.

Which it is! I think this entire thing is beyond ridiculous. Some people have nothing better to do.

I LOVE Indian food! So bad for you, but so delicious. As for what I don't like - a lot of Japanese foods. I hate sushi and anything with seaweed, as well as miso soup. blahh

lol @ them. All they're doing is making themselves look crazy, to be honest.

Ha, I'll be working. I'm not interested in football, but all the "partying" seems fun. I've only been to a superbowl get-together once, when I lived in Colorado for a short time. I'm Canadian, so American football is not as big a deal up here.

you look awesome!

Banana would definitely help in making it less tart. I work at a smoothie place and it makes a huge difference in any recipe- but so does the juice/ milk that you use. I made a couple smoothies for breakfast this morning with apple juice, frozen strawberries and vanilla ice milk (yogurt would work also) and of course ice.…

I love granola, but it tends to be pretty high in calories, especially if it has nuts. I like to add it to yogurt, or with apple slices and peanut butter.

Well, my bmr (according to MFP) is 1359. My most recent daily goal was 1400 (before I switched to maintenance), so I wasn't going that far under it. I am kind of worried now - I really don't want to stall my weight loss more than I (potentially) have already. Thanks for the tips - I hope my new plan works out.

I'm not open minded to views that persecute people or deny rights to others for no good reason. Other than that, I consider myself a very accepting person. However, if we all agreed, this debate forum wouldn't exist.

I also have a moderate amount of visceral fat - I hate it! Do you do any lifting at all? It could only help.

I REALLY want to try this since my weight hasn't moved in a while. I put in resting for 12 hours and sleeping for 12 hours, just to get an underestimated number. It's still a lot! It's hard for me to do it without being worried. What I've done today is set my goal to around maintenance; I'll try that for a week and then go…

Go ahead and eat if you're hungry. It doesn't matter what time it is - your body has no idea.

Awesome results! I'm taking a break today after only doing 2 days because my legs are KILLING me, but your pics make me want to just go back at it anyway!

The new pink rockstar is good, but I prefer Rockstar Recovery, specifically the orange and yellow ones. I like that they're not carbonated and they're also pretty good. Only 20 calories for the can.

Wouldn't it take a lot longer to lose the weight, though? I tried calculating this for myself on fat2fit radio, and it gave me 1621 calories and that seems like A LOT to me. I couldn't bring myself to eat that much without worrying too much about it. I like this concept, I just wish I knew whether or not it would work for…

I'm set at 1 pound a week. I also have my sodium set to 1500 mg because I have problems with vertigo. I sometimes get a little higher than that, but pretty much always under 2000 mg. My blood pressure is very good according to my doctor. I usually run on the treadmill or use the stationary bike and I don't use MFP for…

I have a vertigo problem. I've been on meds for it before, although I don't think they did anything. I think it's an inner ear problem.

I got mine at wal-mart for $8

That is actually quite a lot of money to be spending on food in 2 weeks. I spend that or less in a month for myself and my partner.
-
But does this apply if you are eating a a deficit? Sorry if that seems like a stupid question, I just might not be as familiar with all this as you are.

Did it again today, although my legs are killing me. I can barely walk. This workout is making me really dizzy, though. I think I need to see a doctor or adjust my calories or something, because I hate this feeling.
