And don't compare your loss to others. He is a male and they have different caloric needs. My husband and I go on 4-5 mile runs. He burns close to 900 according to his Garmin. I burn 500-600 according to mine. It's just how it is.

Try to do something else outside in addition to the gym. Fine tune your weekends. Make sure you're weighing every food and drink being put in your mouth. Reduce the number you're giving for burns on your exercise. If weekends are a struggle that is probably a huge part of your issue.

Agree with this. I've been at this for 11 months, been in maintenance for 4 months and this to a tee. Weigh your food. You could also be overestimating burn and eating too many back if you are accurately weighing. Weigh your food, and give it a few weeks.

Everyone seemed to hit it. I run 3 days a week, and I'm always a pound or so higher the day after. It's normal. I'm in maintenance now and weigh daily to check trends, my progress is up and down and has been since I started. Normal!

I just find one by typing in usda and then go back and make sure it's correct by looking at the usda website. So far, not had a issue.

Ive been in maintenance 3 months. I entered maintenance at 116.0. I gained a few adjusting maintenance and range between 119-124. The other day I went out on a hot date with my husband and got up to 127. 3 days post date I'm down to 123.6. It's not fat. Flucuations are normal.

You're going to bounce between numbers. It's actually normal. My weight at maintenance was 116. I bounce between that and 122 often. I wouldn't worry about it.

Sweat does not indicate a hard workout. I don't sweat much either and still have surpassed many of the fitness goals I set for myself.

Youre eating more than you think. If you truly were eating less than 1200 you would not have gained. Weigh all your food. All of it. And since you say between two numbers, you're also guessing on your shock meal. You're eating more than you think you are.

My goal was 125 but when I got there I still had a lot of fat (5'2) so I went to 116 and liked how i looked there. Started recomp to tone and now weigh 119 and have the beginnings of a pretty toned stomach.

The actual device you wear is more accurate than the apps on your phone. If you really want to track steps, get an actual Fitbit.

I'm 5'2. I started at 171 got to my goal of 125, 125 didn't look right so got down to 116, added more weight and started body recomp and am starting to look nice at 119.8

Same here. My goal was 125 but I couldn't stop eating at a deficit and got down to 116. I realized I had to get over the mental thing because I was starting to look too thin. Finally got it figured out and am now 119 and range between 116-120
