If you have acess to a gym then you can use eliptical, stairmaster and bike, so that would be your cardio sorted. Weights you cna do leg exercises as well as anything just involving one side. You cna adapt and work round things. You can walk as well.

I think the point is OP I see all those supplements, but really you need to focus on your consumption first, so more or less what blankefinder said. Youd really help yourself if you learned how weight loss works and then youd see it for what it is and could adjust your plan accordingly.

Not really. Context is everything and they can say it with varying motives. If they mean have a nice day or how is your day going then why not ask that?
