Heavier people burn more calories. If you are using MFP to calculate then for various exercises it cna be overgenerous, so do as rabbit said and halve them, then adjust accordingly.

I went back to basics and checked i was at a consistent deficit. I kept up with my exercise and then remained patient.

Possible yes, would I put money on you doing it, then no. I think its unlikely. Just becayse one person has done it, doesnt mean you will be able to and the more you had to lose then the more attainable it is, the less, then the more unlikely. I despair when i see things like fast results and self imposed deadlines.

Im its unlikely to happen, try by all means, but dont get disappointed if it doesnt. Its about the deficit so you are going to have to figure out where your 1000 calorie a day deficit is going to come from. Feel your way into it and then adjust as you go along. If you need your sleep then that should take priority i.e quit class and do some home workouts. You are unlikely to keep up 4lbs a week. Why be concerned if they judge you or not? Exercise is motly for health and its not needed for weight loss, just a deficit is.

Id check your calculation again I got 1660 maintenance for your height and weight. You dont weight that much and you dont have that much to lose , even taking into account your height. Why ? Whats your logic? As someone who tracks fiber then you just get used to which foods have a lot and which do not. You should be more interested in getting your aggregate score to the recommeneded minimum. It mustifies me what you are doing and why. Keep it simple.

err i dont have it, its just food, eat it dont eat it. Log and move on is your strategy. What does guilt achieve? Complete waste of time and counter productive to your weight loss. If you are binging then figure out why, but the same approach applies log it and move on.
