I LOOOOVE cottage cheese. But it also depends on the brand you buy. And I only like it plain, or made into a sludge w/ protein powder and fruits. I also love fat free plain Chobani Greek yogurt, but I only eat that plain, unsweetened.

Steel cut Oatmeal or, if I'm in a hurry sometimes I'll have some multigrain cheerios. But usually, that's for a snack. I generally don't eat cereals for breakfast. And also, I'm pretty sure going over on protein is alright.

Boil some water and add lemon, fresh ginger, and some honey. It's really soothing to the throat. Drink that and eat an orange (vitamin C). Take a multivitamin.

I love Arctic Zero!! Soooo delicious! I buy it at Sprout's. It's a little expensive though at $5 a pint, so I don't buy it that much.

I love eating my oatmeal just plain :P

Zevia - it's a stevia sweetened soda. 0 calorie and delish.
-
Hardboiled extra large grade AA egg and 2 cups of fat free milk. Super high in protein, delicious, and keeps me full until past noon.
-
Some tofu or meat for protein, and some veggies.

I puree a fruit (like an apple, mango, pear, or banana) with some lemon juice or balsamic vinegar in my Vitamix and then pour it over the salad :) Low cal, fat free, tastes great!
-
I love Chobani Fat Free Plain. It's really creamy and delicious.

I have never really liked any soda. However, I think a good substitute for regular/diet soda would be Zevia, which is an all-natural, 0 calorie soda sweetened with stevia. If I do drink soda (which isn't very often) it's always Zevia. Also, I guess sparkling water would be a good substitute as well.…

None. For me, bread is a cheat meal because it's what made me gain weight in the first place. I haven't had any bread in over 3 months because I stopped buying it. The only grain I eat is brown rice, and that's only about a 1/2 cup cooked every 1-2 days.

It's a kind of fungus that's used in Asian cooking alot. It's sold dry, you soak it and it expands. It grows in these big frilly masses. It doesn't really have any taste, but it's slightly crunchy. It's high in fiber and has some medicinal properties. I eat it all the time.

I've tried both and love them :) Also have tried escargot in France, and fried crickets, silkworms, beetles, and other bugs in China. Chicken feet are one of my favorite foods.
