You left out the drinks. If you add in eggnog, wine, etc. it's so easy to go over 3000.

Peanut butter, avocado, pasta, bread, protein shakes, bars, etc. are all pretty calorie dense and healthy.

I eat well some days, other days I eat a lot of junk. I don't feel well when I eat too much junk though so I try to keep it to a minimum. I still stick to my weekly calorie goal though :smile: So I might eat 1000 calories too many on day, but then I'll eat a tiny bit less the next couple of days.

I have always sweated a lot, except when I was severely underweight for 4 months.

I think it's sexy but I know many people who think it's unattractive. I guess it's just personal preference.
-
I aim for macros because I'm not really worried about weight gain/loss.

Not low cal (270-290), but Premier Nutrition protein bars are my favorite. They have 30 g protein, around 25g carb, fairly low sugar and fat. Oh and they taste AMAZING.

Log it as "strength training" under the cardio exercises. It's not very accurate though. You'll need a HRM to be accurate.

About a year ago: "Lol you're fat." "You need to lose weight." Now: "You're so skinny! Go eat a cheeseburger" "You're the skinniest person I've ever seen!" "You look anorexic." "How much do you weigh? Like, 60 pounds?" :mad: :explode:

@MrsCon40 LOL. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Whatever makes you feel better. Personally, I can't work out on an empty stomach so I eat before and after. I eat about the same amount before and after. It's usually something low fat, moderate carbs and protein (like chicken, veggies, rice or fruit and Greek yogurt).

Try upping your protein (like 1g/pound of body weight) and fiber. And it takes a week or two to get used to a drastic change in diet.
-
Just type in almonds, or walnuts, or peanuts, or something and add it like any other food. The fat will be added to your macros. I'm kind of confused as to what you're asking. :huh:

Nope, all my friends are though :laugh:

For chains, In N Out hands down. Nothing else compares. Double double animal style. And don't forget to ask for stickers and a hat :D But local joints are usually really good too.
