Also pasta would be a better choice then cheese and eggs too, if you're overly concerned about evil insulin spikes

1. Look at the Insulin Score
2. Note the variability of each item
3. Consider the intake at some standardized intake (e.g., 50% Carb, 20% Protein, 30% Fat)
4. Is the issue Carb v Protein or Carb v Fat?0
