Like mentioned before, ice cream would be your best bet.

I love Chobani Plain Nonfat. I just eat it plain and I love the taste. I NEVER buy flavored yogurt. If I want it to be flavored then I add a packet of Stevia and some vanilla and top it with berries. I also use it in cooking and baking. Greek yogurt is awesome.

Oh my god you look great! That's awesome! Keep it up :)

I eat a hard-boiled egg everyday with my breakfast and nothing bad has happened to me yet  I'm not overweight, don't have high cholesterol/bp, nor do I have any other health problems. So I'm pretty sure eggs are alright as long as you don't overdo it.

I love Indian food! Tandoori items are pretty healthy. So are biryani dishes and anything without heavy, creamy sauces/curries on them.

Oh no! The evil doughboy... Yep, I always look at nutrition facts before I buy something. It's a really useful habit.

Fruit, 0 calorie flavored water, popsicles/fudgesicles, sugar free gum and hard candies. Brushing your teeth also helps. I used to have a sweet tooth but after I cut out junk food I don't crave it anymore. My tastebuds really changed. I used to looove chocolate, candy, ice cream (I can't believe I don't like ice cream…

I LOVE tofu! I think it's delicious and I love the texture. I stir fry it, put it in soups, blend silken tofu into smoothies, skewer and broil it, grill it until the outside is crispy, the possibilities are endless! It takes on the flavor of whatever you put it with so you can put it into any kind of dish.

I have a bit of an MFP addiction  Logging everything makes me happy. I think I'll be here for a looooong time.

Rainbow roll! Yum!

Fat free plain Chobani is my fav...my friends all think I'm weird but I just like it plain without anything on it. Sometimes I put some fresh blueberries on top. I don't like Fage as much and the Dannon kind is horrible imo.

Wow! Your transformation is amazing! I also love Arctic Zero but it's pretty expensive so I'll be trying that recipe of yours. Great job.

I've always loved water and disliked sweet, sugary drinks. I also drink milk and tea but I hate soda and juice. I drink about 10-16 cups of water a day.

My family drinks loose leaf tea. A favorite is the chrysanthemum tea that we bought in China.
