it doesn't seem fair but its all the same

lift more weights. that much cardio is not necessary
-
yeah not a good idea to wait until this short of a time beforehand. 2-3 days before your birthday you can cut down carbs to tighten things up a bit, but that weight will return after you start eating carbs again

quest protein chips from GNC

I love weighing my food! Its an eye opener and I feel so much better knowing exactly what I'm putting in my body
-
lmao you're thinking about this way too much. its a concept that reach your goals 80% of the time but realizing nobody Is 100% perfect 100% of the time.

packers.

higher fat on rest/cardio days. higher carbs on lifting days.

the reason you can't stop thinking about food (trust me, been there, done that, still a struggle sometimes) is because you're telling yourself you can't have those things. Fit it into your day... calorie budget. Think of calories like money to spend and then evaluate if that food you want is really a good investment to…

^^ lol

i do a bit, but I'm happily married so I wish I didn't!

prayer, hard work and persistence
-
energy drinks are fine as long as you work it into your calories :)
-
I'm sure its because they respect your hard work and want your opinion more than anything
-
I wish I didn't like pizza so much lol
-
do you plan to eat low carb the rest of your life? sounds horrible personally. I eat plenty of carbs a day and lose in a calorie deficit
-
if you got to 129, you still would feel you needed to lose more. trust me
-
I chew sugar-free gum, or like you said, I clean. Reading helps too cus I get cozy in bed and don't want to make a trip to the kitchen :)
-
yes
-
oatmeal for me too
-
yeah... this

I like to have protein in the morning just to help with maintaining muscle but you don't have to
-
If you love potatos and bread, limiting them is going to make you fail. Just work it into your calories!! and lift heavy.... seriously you won't be disappointed
-
sure that makes sense and so does daily counting. either way you're going to be tracking it daily so its not really any different.. for me I think it'd get messy to overeat one day and starve the next because it'd set me up to feel like binging. but it all is the same
-
5'5" - goal weight 120 - been fluctuating between 127 and 130 - starting my cut soon though
-
every day but I don't freak out about fluctuations. track and log accurately and you have nothing to worry about
