calories in/out is the only scientific way to work. you will only become obsessed if you deprive yourself too much. make room for treats, eat plenty of protein, and you'll be satisfied.

people never believed I was over 120, however at my highest I was at 139 and now am at 127 - granted I know I have a bit of muscle now, I still know how to wear clothes that are more flattering, therefore most people just think I'm crazy when I say I'm cutting fat. but I know what I want and how I look

yeah, I eat like 150g a day! and I only weigh 127 so I'm getting plenty or protein, maybe more carbs for energy! sheesh I feel like I have no energy! lol

the more you practice your willpower the less taste you'll have for the treats. I know it can be hard but I've gotten good at it. meal planning and bringing all your own yummy food helps too

ellipticals overestimate calorie burn by 42% I've read before - so if you're eating back your exercise calories you could be overeating. but yeah lift some weights and watch your body change

I'd lift weights before cardio. Lifting weights will deplete your glycogen stores so you will burn more actually fat during cardio.
