Intermittent Fasting
There might be a thread already on here for this, but starting intermittent fasting. Mainly because I find when I eat breakfast I am far hungrier throughout the day. Fasting through the night until noon and then my window to eat will be noon-8 pm. would love to hear from anyone else who has done this?

My quads have blown up but I want my hams to be just as shapely....... I've been SLDL, deadlifting with feet apart (dunno technical name), leg curls (75 lbs, 3x10), plies with a 40 lbs bar, squat 125 x 3 (trying to focus on all my weight on my heels)... need more tips or suggestions

Slacking on cardio
Getting into the mindset that lifting and eating a lot of protein is enough... my goal right now is not to necessarily see the scale go down, as long as I'm cutting fat. so cardio is probably a very important key. but I'm so sick of it, it feels like a chore. rant over.

Pick a calorie goal that you can sustain. Period. You can probably lose on more calories than you think you can.
