So do yourselves a favor and make this.

1 small frozen banana
1/4 cup oats (I just used quick oats)
1/2 - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. almond butter


Blend until smooth. You won't be disappointed. I actually didn't even use a frozen banana... I just used a banana and added 4 ice cubes and it was amazing. Depending on grams of banana and how much protein powder you use it works out around 300 cal
