I have impaired balanced from getting nerve damage in my legs a few years ago. It's not safe for me to squat of deadlift any more. I leg press 260 and I bench 135. Have recently de-loaded due to taking a month off following some surgery in my ankle. Two months ago my bench press was 145.0

ETA: I only started doing proper deadlifts in July - I have an old vicious injury that I've been protecting for a long time, per doctor & trainer advice.0 -
I had much more awesome numbers - till I threw out my back and realized my form was awful. So here are my current stats with proper form:
Bench: 60
Squat: 80 (really struggling with weak gluteus medius)
Deadlift: 160
I get really frustrated because I feel like these numbers are pathetic. trying to remember that 1) I'm really tiny myself (deadlift is 1.5x) and 2) it's better to go slow than get hurt.0 -
