I don't have a bench at home so it's difficult to get my bench weight up- I hate lifting at my gym! They sequestered all the heavy weights/free weights into a closed off room to make the machines and dumbells area "less intimidating" for the women. All that has accomplished is that the free weight room is overrun by jacked dudes that don't feel it necessary to put weights back. By the time I drag 200lbs off each bar I want to use, I'm grumpy as heck.

    Bench- 120
    Squat - 200
    Deadlift - 220

I sortof hit a wall since last year. I did my first pl competition LAST year..and did about those same numbers so I haven't really gone up at all. Just maintained. . I switched to training for a kb comp and my numbers in PL went down..so I have to remember not to kick myself for not increasing my numbers as much as I wanted to since I changed goals. After my next kb comp this Nov, I am going to refocus and try and get stronger in my barbell lifts. I wish I could serve two master(kb lifting and powerlifting!) but I found I have to have one of those take a backseat and this season it was the barbell lifting.. I'll still do kb lifting because I love it so much, and I like competing in it, but I want to see what happens if I concentrate solely on the barbell and perhaps pick up the bells again 3 months before my next kb comp(in June which means I''ll devote Nov- Marc to just barbell lifting) and see if concentrating on barbell lifts helps my kb lifts.

so many lifts, so little time! And heck, don't get me started on the oly lifts.. UGH! I wish I could do it all!!!

Haven't tried to max for 5 or 6 months, I am probably holding steady or slight improvement. I am motivated to improve my bench after seeing all these great numbers!

Pretty new, and haven't been to the weight room in 4 weeks now, doing all cardio at the moment trying to get some weight off.

No benching yet,145 on the deadlift and about the same for the squat if I recall.

    I miss it. :(

    I'm still a bit of a newbie. Doing 5x5.

    Squat: 50 lbs.
    - I have some shoulder/arm issues that kept me from doing these until about a week ago. Instead did incline leg presses @ 450 lbs.
    Bench: 70 lbs.
Deadlift: 135 lbs. (Love my Big Girl Plates!!)

Not sure of my 1RM but these are all 8-10 reps:

    I'm 5'1" and 115 lbs

    Bench: 75
    Deadlift: 155
    Squat: 275

Been lifting for 8 months. My deadlift sucks, because I'm having grip trouble.

wait- you can rep 275 squat for 8/10 reps but can't pull a 200 pound dead lift?

    holy crap. that's odd.

    Try mix grip- and chalk.
