I had much more awesome numbers - till I threw out my back and realized my form was awful. So here are my current stats with proper form:

    Bench: 60
Squat: 80 (really struggling with weak gluteus medius)
    Deadlift: 160

I get really frustrated because I feel like these numbers are pathetic. trying to remember that 1) I'm really tiny myself (deadlift is 1.5x) and 2) it's better to go slow than get hurt. :/

As of my last round of 5/3/1

    Bench 135 x 2
    Squat 135 x 3
    Deadlift 165 x 4

Started in March with the barbell for the first time. I did some weight lifting YEARS ago, but it was all on machines.

    Bench: 90
    Squat: 135
    DeadLift: 185

And I'll throw in a Hip Thrust because I love and hate those: 185

Interesting to say the least. I bet if men did this it would be all over the place.

    Bench 105
    Squat 180
    Deadlift 215

I know that I can squat more I am just working on form. keeping all the weight in my heels, lifting from my glutes and hamstrings, not my quads.

    Bench: 120
    Squat: 180
    Dead: 130

Had a car accident years ago and was warned to keep the squats and deads light - I have been eeking my way up and some days I feel the pull. I'm okay where I am with it at this point, but we'll see. Would like to up my bench though.

Ugh I used to be up to quite a bit more on all 3, but had my 3rd and 4th babies 10.5 months apart. About two years of inactivity has taken its toll, I've been super annoyed I'm not seeing gains yet. I just recently got back the weight I lost, been trying to get strength and stamina back and it seems to not be easy to recoup!

So i just started 3x a week last week and I don't have enough weights at home.. currently I'm doing 3 sets of 8 all at 33lbs. (seriously that's all I got right now.. will be buying more weights once hubby gets paid) I have a few Qs I hope I can ask here:

when I'm trying to find the weight to work with should I be able to do all 3 sets of 8 reps at that weight and only really get fatigued on the last couple or should I be getting tired on the first set?

I don't have a bench so I just lie on the floor for my benches.. is this terrible? It seems to be working for now, but like I said, I'm only lifting 33 lbs.

    Thanks for any advice.

Returning to regular lifting after 6 months of almost none... I've been doing between 10-12 reps so I'm sure my #s would be higher with 5 reps:

    Bench : 55
Squats: 50 (IT band and hips give me a hard time)
DL: 75 lbs (slowly working my way back up over 100)

Now I'm curious... I'll have to try the 5 reps Saturday!!!

I have not one rep max tested in months, but I will be in a few weeks. So here are my current working 3 rep/5 rep maxes:

Bench 3 rep max: 145 (no pause); 130 paused
Squat: 5 rep max 215 (last 1 rep max test was 225 in June)
DL: 5 rep max 265 (last 1 rep max test was 285 in June)

I am a Crossfitter and we train more strict press than bench so yeah, I need work!
