if your protein is too high then you will have issues going poo..

You can NOT eat too much protein. My dietitian says protein at least 60-80 grams a dat,sat 5 grams per serving,sugar 5 per serving, sodium 300mg per serving no more than 2400 a day...

Congrats on the weight loss. Remember to drink at least 64 oz of water a day....:bigsmile: If you eat lots of fresh veggies and fruit a day that will help so you can poo ..I eat 4 servings each everyday and poo every other day.

YES tons and tons of water will flush you out. Also Diet Cranberry juice. make sure it is 100% juice, like ocean spray. Drink at least 64 oz of water per day

Hi! Years ago I took pills from them, they were great..WIsh I could remember the name of the pills again... They are safe...As far as protein you CANT really go over on that. I have learned that mind over matter does work... I was a Pepsi-Holic for 8 years I would drink 8 or more cans per day. I stopped cold turkey, Have been Pepsi free for 2 months now... I keep telling myself I CAN and WILL do this..:bigsmile:

that is good stuff.. i had been a pepsi holic for the past 7 years. I gave it up cold turkey about a month ago... It was very hard to do but it will be so worth it to see the weight come back off. If your looking to add more friends your more then welcome to add me.

Try eating your breakfast after your workout. Your body is in need of a replenishment after the work out. I eat a banana after I work out and after a few days I don't get that crash feeling of sleep. It takes a few days for your body to know your feeding it after your workout. Best of luck..Please let us know what changes…

your body needs calories to loose weight. I set myself at 1200 calories. Drink LOTS of water 64 oz a day. It takes time....

:embarassed: Well the worse thing happened to me back in January... I broke my foot and couldn't get up to call 911, husband could NOT help me up from the floor he called 911 and they had a hard time getting me from the house into the ambulance... That is what Truly made me want/need to loose all of this weight...

6oz of water is a good amount...if you do a lot of working out them more...
