A stuffed pepper, leftover from dinner yesterday. They're actually really easy to make but I make 'em in the crock pot so they take a few hours.

I agree with taking a multivitamin and a fish oil/omega 3 pill. Also drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Also get some quality lotion (Aveeno is my choice) and put it on right after you get out of the shower and at night.

That's cool I didn't know about that website. I just checked it out though and I think it overestimates the amount of calories burned during Zumba. It's telling me I would burn 150-200 more calories an hour than MFP tells me for dancing.

Hi, I love Zumba. Such a fun workout. I've only done in-person classes, never any videos. You'll have to let me know how the videos are.
