I agree with everyone else's comments. Tell them it's a lifestyle change rather than a diet or you could just say "You haven't seen me naked!" :laugh:

You can add me too. I was stuck on the same weight for about 4-5 weeks too. It was so depressing. In the end I had a diet shake for dinner one night and it seemed to kick my body into gear again. I don't believe diet shakes are the way to lose weight but this one time worked wonders for me:smile:

Good on you for taking the step to a healthier lifestyle. You definitely can do it!!! Take it slowly and try to alter your bad habits one at a time. I found that gradually changing my eating habits rather than changing everything all at once worked so much better. I go for a 1 1/2 hour walk first thing in the morning. I…
