Stuck - need some friends, please

Hi,

I've been doing this for a good 2 months now, and it all went great in the beginning. Now I've been stuck on the same weight for 4-5 weeks, and am getting very, very frustrated. And bored of only seeing my own messages all the time :-). Would love to find some friends to keep me on track!

    sometimes you have to switch up the way u are doing things. Cause if you dont you normal routine becomes what your body knows and you wont drop anymore weight... You have to trick your body. So you can add somthing new a cople times a week...

    me too ! I'm really frustrated as well. I took off 10 pounds fairly easily and then have stayed there for weeks. I've been exercising 5-6 days a week and I can really see a change in my stamina and what I can do physically but my weight hasn't budged. Really don't want to focus on the numbers on the scale and I'm proud that I'm feeling so much better but I still could use some motivation/advice....

    Just joined 4 weeks ago....have not lost pound one!! I know I didn't get like this over night, so it's not going away overnight either!! My clothes are feeling looser, and I have more energy. Someday..... :-) Just hang in there.

    Looks like you may have hit the "plateau". Try changing your exercise routine a bit and see if that helps!

    I was stuck on the same weight for about 4-5 weeks too. It was so depressing. In the end I had a diet shake for dinner one night and it seemed to kick my body into gear again. I don't believe diet shakes are the way to lose weight but this one time worked wonders for me:smile:
