Try Fage greek yogurt(plain) and add hidden valley ranch(dry dressing envelope) and use it for dip for your veggies. You will get your protein and veggies in:)

I usually buy a large container of Fage and add 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch season packet. Then I use it as sort of a dip for my veggies.

I stay at the gym an hour and burn over 500 calories in 45 minutes on the eliptical machine. Zumba, The Bigget Loser Dvd can burn 500 plus calories also.

Try to find a workout buddy. That way you feel guilty if you bail on them. After awhile exercise will just become part of your routine.
